How we handle your data

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how NEVESCO collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR) and Portuguese Law 58/2019.

Last updated: June 19, 2026.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is NEVESCO — Escritório Central de Contabilidade, S.A., with registered office at Rua do Vale, Nº 69 B, Amoreira, 2645-239 Alcabideche, Portugal (Portuguese tax ID 500 849 226). Contact: geral@nevesco.pt · +351 21 457 24 98.

2. Personal data we process

We process only the data you provide directly to us: (a) through the contact form — name, email address and message content; (b) optionally, when you contact us by phone or email — the data you choose to share. The site also stores small amounts of information in your browser to remember preferences (language and theme) — see our Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes

Your data is processed exclusively to respond to your contact request, to keep a minimal record of that communication, and to improve our service. We do not use it for direct marketing nor automated profiling.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to and managing communications initiated by the visitor.

5. Recipients

Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties. It may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. When you interact with the embedded Google Map on the Contact page, some technical data is processed by Google (see our Cookie Policy).

6. International transfers

The site is hosted by a provider with EU infrastructure. If you accept loading the Google Map, some data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on the relationship, up to a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention is required by law. Functional cookies expire as indicated in the Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). To exercise these rights, send a request to geral@nevesco.pt clearly identifying the right you wish to exercise.

9. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

NEVESCO has not designated a Data Protection Officer as it does not meet the requirements of Article 37 GDPR. Any data protection matter is handled directly by the data controller, via geral@nevesco.pt.

10. Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD): Av. D. Carlos I, 134-1.º, 1200-651 Lisboa · +351 213 928 400 · geral@cnpd.pt · www.cnpd.pt.

11. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS). We do not use traffic analytics services or advertising networks. Access to received contact emails is restricted to authorized NEVESCO staff, bound by professional secrecy.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when there are relevant legal or operational changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Previous versions are available on request.
